Cheryl Gullason

Cheryl formed CGull Executive Search to offer a new, flexible approach to recruitment services.

As a management consultant, she has assisted clients solve operational and financial issues in energy, manufacturing, not-for-profit, education, health care and new ventures. As a search consultant she has recruited professionals and executives in engineering, procurement, sales, human resources and senior management. She enjoys learning the needs of hiring managers and organizations and then finding and qualifying the best candidates.

A member of the Tax and Economic Affairs Committee at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, Cheryl is also an MBA Mentor for the Enbridge Mentorship Program at the Haskayne School of Business. She is an active member of the Board of Directors and of the Fundraising Committee for Lunchbox Theatre.

Darrell Bowman

Originally from a background in sales and marketing, Darrell moved to Japan in 1995, becoming a partner at leading search firms there. He built a track record of executive searches for start ups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of business sectors. He excels in identifying and introducing proactive executives who can balance both global and local perspectives.

His ten years of progressive search experience and understanding and appreciation of multicultural diversity provide a strong partner in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland markets. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and communicates fluently in Japanese.

John Lathrop

John has lived and worked around the globe, including over a decade in the Middle East. He earned his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Two of his fields of expertise are cross-cultural issues and I.T.

He has published two books on the Linux operating system and is currently working on his third novel.
